Simple rule: once your project is paid for, you own every line of code, every design asset, and all intellectual property. We are your partners, not your landlords.

1. What Transfers to You

Full repositories, design files, documentation, deployment configs, and any custom AI prompts, pipelines, or integrations built for your project — transferred on final payment.

2. What We Retain

Only generic, non-client-specific tooling and starter templates we brought into the engagement. Nothing containing your business logic, data, or branding.

3. Portfolio Rights

We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio. Prefer stealth? Tell us in writing and we will keep the engagement fully private.
